Improving meeting engagement Part 3: Changing the background of Google Slides
Catastrophy Averted found employees has less than ideal retention rates of content discussed in internal meetings. Surveys and interviews showed a lack of visual appeal and presentation style decreased employee focus during meetings as one cause of the lack of retention.
A multi-pronged approach was developed to change this behavior, including eight Micro-learnings in Articulate Rise. This design document was created for Part 3: Google Slides background.

To streamline the training process and stay within OSHA regulations, a series of eLearning trainings were recommended. This design document is for the first training, an introduction to OSHA.

Core Skills, a national non-profit aimed at helping immigrants be successful in the American corporate world, appealed for volunteers to translate their in person classes to eLearning. A rough version of this storyboard was created by a group of volunteers, and updated as the training was created.

Introduction to Feline Fostering
Local Animal League needed an easy training to share with the general public on their website to describe what is included in feline fostering. The aim of the video is to decrease phone calls to foster coordinators with basic questions and to show the simplicity for those who are on the fence, ultimately increasing the number of fosters. The video was specifically asked to be slightly silly and over the top to leave potential fosters with a positive feeling.
